What’s your feeling on churches of today ?

I am not a fan of churches, as many even though the same religion, the approach is different…and pick up a newspaper/TV ,the credibility of some church leaders is appalling.
I feel if parents should teach children by example and prepare them for the real world, teaching them ” Empathy and Apathy ” and taking responsibility for their own words and actions would be a start. Look at all the countries as far back as the bible, killing under the name of ” God “. Religion per say has no bearing on a child growing up to be kind, honest, lovable, moral, respectful and choosing the right path, it is their environment, home life and the right tools of parenting that counts… Parents who choose their own friends that have similar lifestyles, interests, educational backgrounds also is a big factor. Your children will imitate and immolate your actions as they observe your interaction with life… Children will follow suit when they choose their own friends later in life.
Being and taking interest in your child, as to what they have to say, spending quality time, note I said Quality NOT Quantity…

Fears, years and tears….

Seniors, and physically handicapped people being taken advantage of through fear and intimidation…by some public officials in government.. Threats to cut subsidized healthcare…nursing homes, access to medical supplies , etc…promoting public protests ( many by FAKE participants who are paid ) HOWEVER.. the REAL victims are duped into believing ALL is TRUTH…and unknowingly taken advantage of…DISGUSTING LIARS…so who to trust ?
One day the TRUTH will be told…till then FEAR becomes their LIFESTYLE…

OMG…The system is failing us…

OMG…here it is 2017 and I have been out of commission due to health issues..of which most of the medical professionals ( Dr.’s) just keep prescribing pharmaceutical meds, which just cause more problems due to adverse side effects, leading to more negative health issues….I have come to the conclusion… it is no longer heal thy patient… but treat temporarily  with drugs…

This is the first time I am on the other side of the healthcare system…as a patient..

I look forward to hearing from others who are questioning …

Thought for another New Year…

Here’s to 2014…I will take better care of myself…. physically,mentally, emotionally and in all aspects of who I am, I am tired of co-dependency and taking crumbs that are left after everyone else is done, I refuse to allow anyone to use their words against me, as I am strong, will get stronger each day change is good !!! Happy and Healthy New Year to ALL my followers….

The Legend of Fred…the beginning …

just another “Clown ? “

The Legend Begins…. So Where’s Fred ?

It was that special night…

Of fright and delight….

The kind that most children enjoy…

Where monsters and clowns sleep under the bed.

while children with their favorite toy…

pull the covers over their head..

But this one was different …

Some still can’t believe it…

But it’s up to you to decide…

Four children set off for a night of screams..

but that’s nothing compared to their future of dreams..

The costumes were chosen, and the children quite proud….

knew they were going to be the scariest and creepiest ones in the crowd..

The night was windy and a little bit cool….

they all met as planned down by the school..

There was a Werewolf , a Gothic Fairy, a Vampire and a Clown..

who had a smile which was turned upside down.

No one spoke, as they were all in disguise…

because that would have ruined the big surprise…

They went up to the houses yelling “ trick or treat “..

And each got something good to eat…

Oh, what a blast they had that night..

Running up and down the streets..

Filling their tummies with lots of sweets..

It was getting late and they were tired. .we should be in bed, they said..

But before we go, we need to know, which one of us is “Fred ?”

So they took off their masks…and to their surprise..

The Werewolf was Mason, the Gothic Fairy was Gabby…

And the Vampire was their best friend the little blonde Abby….

Oh !!! then you must be our friend Fred.. ..they said to the clown..

But …when the clown started to remove his mask…

they discovered the truth…he wasn’t wearing one….

So where’s Fred ?????

Natural options for skin care….

One very inexpensive and user friendly skin application which gently exfoliates is Apple Vinegar, applied with a washcloth and then apply coconut oil ( which you can buy in the Hispanic cooking aisle of grocery store ) can be used on feet however, wear socks to prevent slipping. The Vinegar can be used all over the body ( smell will dissipate)…. helps the discomfort from sunburn, also use as bug repellent and  safe for use  on children, I have used this for years…

Another great face/ body treatment is Kosher Sea Salt mixed with coconut oil…YES ( cooking grocery aisle) gentle to the face and all over body scrub. Your face and body will glow, due to increased circulation.

Best exfolliant and NOT expensive…the coconut oil is also great for your hair.

In case you did not   know…………Difference between http and https

Once in a while,   there is something that comes down the pike that is of real   importance.
What is the difference between http and https?

Don’t know how many of you are aware of this difference….                      

but it is worth sending a ” head’s ” up  for those who are not aware of this issue…
The main difference between http:// and https://… is it’s all about keeping you secure.
HTTP stands for  Hyper Text Transfer Protocol.
The S (big surprise) stands for “Secure.” If you visit a website or web page,   and look at
the address in the web browser, it will likely begin with the   following: http://.
This means that the website is talking to your   browser using the regular “unsecured”
language. In other words, it is   possible for someone to “eavesdrop”
on your computer’s conversation with   the website. If you fill out a form on the
website, someone might see the   information you send to that site.
This is why you never ever enter your credit card number in an http website! But   if the web address begins with https://, that basically  means your computer is talking to the website in a secure code that no one can   eavesdrop on.
If a website ever asks you to enter your credit card   information,
you should automatically look to see if the web address begins   with https://.
If it doesn’t, you should NEVER   enter sensitive information…..such as a credit card number, SS #,   etc.
